These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of web hosting services ("Services") provided by Sushi Online Ltd, trading as Sushi WP ("the Host") to the client ("the Customer").
By using the Services, the Customer agrees to comply with these Terms. These Terms are subject to UK law and apply to all customers of the Host.
1.1 The Host agrees to provide web hosting services as outlined in the Customer's selected hosting plan.
1.2 The Host reserves the right to make changes to the infrastructure, including altering the IP address of servers, to maintain or improve service quality.
1.3 The Host will use reasonable endeavours to ensure a high level of service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
2.1 The Customer agrees to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
2.2 The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:
3.1 The Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of their hosting account, including safeguarding usernames, passwords, and other credentials.
3.2 The Customer must ensure their website content, scripts, and applications are secure and up-to-date to prevent vulnerabilities.
3.3 The Customer must back up all data hosted on the Host’s servers. The Host accepts no liability for data loss.
4.1 All fees for Services are due as specified in the Customer’s invoice or agreement.
4.2 Late payments may result in account suspension or termination.
4.3 The Host reserves the right to review and amend pricing with 30 days’ notice to the Customer.
5.1 The Host reserves the right to reallocate or modify IP addresses as necessary to ensure the continuation of Services.
5.2 The Host may impose reasonable limits on resources (e.g., bandwidth, storage) based on the Customer’s hosting plan.
6.1 The Host or the Customer may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
6.2 No refunds will be issued for early termination by the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 The Host reserves the right to terminate Services immediately if the Customer breaches these Terms.
7.1 The Host is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or server outages.
7.2 The Host’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Host harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the Customer’s use of the Services, including breaches of these Terms or applicable laws.
9.1 The Host will process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 The Host will not share the Customer’s personal data with third parties except where required by law or with the Customer’s consent.

The Host reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer with at least 30 days’ notice, and continued use of the Services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales & Scotland.
By using the Services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
